Prinsegate - Chartered Surveyors

Our Kingston Surveyors at Prinsegate recently researched a Court of Appeal case known as Grand v Gill [2011]. The occupier, Tanya Grand, brought a case against her landlord, Param Gill. The case was for damages resulting from breaches of the landlord’s repairing obligations under section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. Damp and mould was found throughout the flat.
